We actually love the vintage variation when it comes to this wine... It’s always familiar, but never the same.
The 2024 vintage opens with crisp apple, Asian pear, and ripe nectarine on the nose. The palate bursts with bright acidity and a lovely texture, showing juicy stonefruit, delicate white flowers, a refreshing touch of white grapefruit, underripe strawberry, and tropical mango layered over a mineral backbone. What makes this vintage so captivating is the interplay of underripe freshness and tropical ripeness in the same glass. It’s a rare and intriguing balance we absolutely adore and we hope you do too!
Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with roasted squash soup with sage, pork chops with apple chutney, or mushroom risotto. It also pairs beautifully with miso-glazed cod, Vietnamese spring rolls, or Thai-style mango chicken. For a seasonal board, try nutty cheeses like Comté or Gruyère alongside roasted pecans.
