The Sannio DOC, located in the province of Benevento, is known for producing some of the finest Falanghinas. Known for their fresh, aromatic qualities, offering a substantial body and richness with a soft, delicate blend of floral and honeyed flavours. Notes often include lemon, citrus, and peach, elegantly countered by their acidity, giving a moderate consistency from start to finish.
