Alicante, Spain - Monastrell, Syrah
This is a young red wine, showing brilliant ruby red in glass. It presents on the nose with wild red & black berries with liquorice aromas and spiced notes. It remains fleshy and pleasant in the mouth, with a balanced acidity. 13.5% abv.
Pairing Suggestion:
Easy drinking and great on its own, yet ideal for withe poultry and pork meats with grilled vegetables. Try it with a Charcuterie board or if you have a sweet tooth, chocolate covered fruit like cranberries, raisins, strawberries, or chocolate covered candied orange! Serving at a slightly cool temperature of 16°C.
