Aromas of brandied cherries, blackberries, red wild berries, and baking spices. The palate is ripe and complex with flavours of mature blackberry, strawberry, and plum, with spices of pepper and nutmeg.
Pairing Suggestions: We're still loving the "chilling reds" trend. This is a great example of one to chill! Lovely pairing with roasted chicken, fresh salads with blackberries and cheeses. Great for an afternoon of hummus, olives, roasted eggplant, and feta with a side of pita. BBQ'd pork shoulder and other Mediterranean inspired dishes.
