Pairing Suggestion: Good on it's own but since it has a balanced acidity it will be great with fatty types of burgers, BBQ dishes and roasted pork, pepperoni pizza, lamb souvlaki, beef shawarma, aged cheese like Pecorino, stewed onions and tomato based dishes.
