Twenty days of maceration and nine months of aging in old 3000L oak botte, embodying the fresh, Alpine air of its origins. This wine is marked by a vibrant cherry and red fruit nose, enhanced by a delicate peppery spice and minty freshness, alongside a fresh yet dusty granite-like minerality. It is both complex and instantly gratifying, unfined and unfiltered, capturing the essence of its high-altitude, sandy and loamy granitic terroir.
