Arisaig, Nova Scotia
A flavoured gin which uses local rhubarb. It is goldish-hued, with stewed rhubarb and juniper notes on the nose. It has a wonderfully surprising complexity on the palate; very expressive rhubarb, berry, and spicy flavours expand on the tongue. 47.5% abv.
