Medium-to-full-bodied, the palate is framed by ripe, plush tannins and layered with dried plum, cassis, and a whisper of spice. The finish is long and harmoniously structured. Hand-picked from vineyards in Paarl and Stellenbosch, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and matured in oak to build structure and soften tannins.
