Made in a Provence dry style of Rosé. Aromatic floral spring like blossoms, red cherry fruit, baking spice, and mineral. The palate is bright and fresh with cherries and strawberries, citrus fruit, followed by a spicy finish and a pleasant finishing touch of sea salt. 12.5% abv.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif for our potentially sunny days this spring! Otherwise, great for Easter fares of ham, glazed carrots, and scalloped potatoes with spring onions.
