Aromatic notes of spicy strawberry and fresh raspberry emerge on the palate, complemented by subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs. Its refreshing acidity and elegant balance make it a delightful pairing for seafood paella, as well as grilled fish, roasted vegetables, or light summer salads. Perfect for al fresco dining or casual gatherings. Crafted using the saignée method, with a short maceration of 4 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. Then preserved for 4 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
