These older Gamay & Pinot Noir vines cultivated on limestone and clay soils in the central Loire grow complex dark fruit that offers structure and freshness. Aromas of cranberry, soft earth, and plum. The palate is elegant with good structure and flavours of field strawberry, fresh herbs, and cherry. 12.5% abv.
