"Little Sweet One" may give you the impression that this wine is sweet. It’s actually referring to the naturally low acidity, which gives the perception of a juicy style of wine even though it's always done in a dry style!
Aromas of intense cherries, mulberry, and mature strawberries, followed by perfumed floral notes of wild flowers. The palate has ripe tannins with flavours of red fruits, blackberry, and a pleasantly light touch of bitter almond.
Pairing Suggestions: This goes well with earthy dishes with mushrooms like mushroom risotto or roasted root vegetables. Try it with red meats and gamey meats both roasted, or barbecued. This also fares well with stuff pasta shells with wild mushrooms and spinach along side herbal pork sausages.
