BUBBLY

Anno Domini, AD47, Prosecco DOC Brut

Veneto, Italy

Aromas of green apple and white blossoms. The palate is light and fresh with fine bubbles with notes of citrus fruits, ripe pear, white peach. This wine is vegan friendly and certified organic. 11% Abv.

Suggested Pairing: Ideal accompany to white fish dishes and pan seared scallops. Great with Turkey, poultry or pork dishes, cranberry sauce, pastas, Mollusk, fresh & salty cheese like feta or chèvre.

CRISP

Andreas Bender, Kulina Riesling

Mosel, Germany 

Light honey colour with flecks of sunshine in glass, a symphony of tropical fruit, ripe mango, lime, minerals, and an ever so slight petrol note on the nose. Beautifully balanced of the classic steely acidity and sweetness, a bright yet textured mouth feel with a touch of residual sugar. 

Suggested Pairing: Great with Turkey, mashed potato, and spice-herb filled stuffing! Excellent with Asian and South Asian inspired dishes from light and delicate sushi, to spicy noodles, or a coconut curry or beef vindaloo. Soft cheeses with duck or pork patê. 

 

 

ROSÉ

Fontenille Rose from Luberon

Luberon, France - 50% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, and 10% Mourvèdre

Aromas of fresh blossoms and peach, with a touch of red fruit, very pretty! Bright stone fruit on the palate, pink-grapefruit, hint of crushed minerals, and a saline finish.

Suggested Pairing: Delicate cheeses like brie, comté, or gruyere. Similar to light white wines, this pinot is great with white meats like poultry & pork, yet also salty cured meats like smokey bacon will pair well.

ELEGANT

Les Frères Perroud, Beaujolais Cru, 2018 Brouilly Amethyste

Fruity and spicy with raspberries and blackberries, baking spices, and a hint of floral. The mouth is round and structured, underlined by a very slight sweetness finishing with a creamy length. Flavours of raspberries, blackberries and spice. 

Pairing Suggestion: This complex wine pairs well with roasted and braised red meats, venison, meat-filled pasta dishes, and mature cheese. It is a lovely accompaniment to cured meat and cheese, add with dark chocolate and raspberries to your board for a wonderfully sophisticated touch. Delicious with French Onion Soup!

Montsant, Spain - 100% Grenache

Aromas of red delicious apple, strawberry, prune, minerality, balsamic, with floral hints and dusty notes. Complex, weighty, and balanced on the palate. Decant for best expression of this powerful wine.

Suggested Pairing: We hope you still have some charcuterie left, because this will be perfect to pair with it! We also can go for iron rich red meats like a steak or lamb chops.

Gerard Bertrand L'Hospitalet, Grand Vin 2018

Languedoc-Roussillon, France - GSM

This won gold at Decanter award in 2020! Aromas of spicy and red fruit like strawberry, raspberry take the lead. Followed by white pepper, and herbal leafy & floral undertones. The palate is silky with fine tannins underlining the fruity freshness of this wine.

Suggested Pairing: Get toasty warm with some roasted options! Excellent with a rack of lamb with a dried herb crusted rub, prime rib, or game birds like pheasant or duck. Perfect with mature cheeses, and cured meats.
