Arbois - Jura, France
Wonderfully pretty aromas of acacia flowers, granny smith apples, quince, fresh orchard fruit. Mineral-based notes on the palate with lemon zest, white fruits, hawthorn and acacia notes. The mouthfeel is round and soft with elegant freshness. 12.5% abv. Suggested serving at 12° and 14°C.
Serve as an aperitif with gougères (pastry mixed with cheese), crustaceans seafood, try it with poultry, or mushrooms or leeks in cream sauce. It will also be perfect with, a beautiful fish and of course all cheeses from the French Jura area : Comté, Morbier, Mont d'Or.
