Pairing Suggestion: This will be excellent with seared foie gras on crostini. Try it with good cuts of beef, perhaps wagyu ribeye. Seared duck breast with crispy skin, though it will fare well with other aromatic poultry dishes that are glazed or caramelised. Perfect charcuterie wine, try it with sweeter-flavoured cheese such as Chaource, Brie de Meaux, Tomme, Reblochon, Cantal, Mont d’Or, Époisses. Best served slightly cooled 15°C
