Languedoc-Roussillon, Southern France - Grenache, Syrah, Rolle (a.k.a Vermentino) , Caladoc (crossing of Grenache and Malbec)
Lovely pale pink colour and very aromatic nose of white fruit and citrus. Delicate on the palate, with flavours of citrus and red berries and great freshness. Well balanced with good length.
Pairing Suggestions: Wonderful as an aperitif but would be excellent for Mother's Day Brunch. Try it with salads, barbecue, light dishes, provençale dishes (tasty dishes cooked in olive oil with herbs, tomatoes, and garlic) or asian food.
