Aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums are complemented by notes of sweet spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, imparted by 14 months of French oak aging. Subtle hints of dark chocolate, cedar, and toast add complexity. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth texture and well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of blackcurrant, raspberry compote, and a touch of balsamic. Balanced acidity lifts the fruit, leading to a fresh and lingering finish. This wine pairs well with grilled lamb, roasted pork, aged cheeses, or rich mushroom-based dishes.
