Costières de Nîmes, Rhône Valley, France - Predominantly Grenache Blanc, with Roussanne and Viognier
Aromas of stone fruits, white flowers, and citrus, underpinned by a distinct limestone-driven minerality. On the palate, flavours of ripe pear, lemon zest, and peach blend harmoniously with a creamy texture from 12 months of aging in 500-litre casks. Subtle notes of honey and a touch of toast emerge towards the finish. The wine is well-balanced with refreshing acidity and a long, mineral finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, roasted chicken, and creamy cheeses.
