Pairing Suggestions: Truffle risotto with shaved black truffle and Parmesan on top! Otherwise red sauce pastas like boar ragu and even white sauce pastas would be perfect, carbonara comes to mind. Excellent with meat dishes like pork roast or bacon wrapped filet mignon, yet it's so versatile that if you paired this with a bougee burger, I wouldn't even be mad. Brilliant on it's own, stunning with food.
