Deep ruby with violet hints. Aromas of cherries, blackberries and ripe plums complemented by black pepper, sweet baking spices and cassis notes. Balanced with good acidity and mature tannins. Flavours of juicy dark berries and a touch of cream. Full, yet soft mouthfeel with a persistent long finish. 14% abv.
Pairing Suggestions: Great BBQ wine! Would go well with lean red meats, burgers & fries, grilled vegetables, Lamb. Cheeses such as brie, camembert, cheddar or parmesan. To be consumed young.
