Ripe dark plum, blackberry jam, liquorice, and a touch of pepper & baking spice. The palate is expressive with smooth tannins and flavours of red & black fruit, sweet red pepper, laurel, rosemary, dark chocolate. 13.5% abv.
Pairing Suggestion: Would be perfect with roast beef dip sandwich, or a juicy hamburger. Try it with roasted chicken and wild mushroom risotto, or with pork tenderloin with a raspberry sauce and mash potatoes. Feel cozy with hearty red meat stews with caramelized root vegetables.
