Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, and white flowers lead into a vibrant, well-structured palate. Offering a refreshing acidity, a silky texture, and a hint of minerality, dry finish. Perfect for summer, it pairs beautifully with grilled prawns, fresh oysters, cod, seafood paella, or a citrus-dressed salad. Sourced from 35+ year-old vines grown on limestone-clay soils at approximately 500 m elevation. Hand-harvested grapes undergo a 6-hour cold maceration at 8 °C, followed by a cool fermentation in cement tanks, then aged on fine lees in cement tanks for several months, with 10% aged in used 500-litre oak barrels.
