When it was found in 2012, it was an abandoned pear orchard that had never had a house on it, and the asking price was exactly one million dollars. Australian-trained winemaker Ben Bryant and wine marketer Katie Truscott took over in 2022 and added a rosé to what had been an all-Pinot Noir lineup.
