Alto Valle del Río Negro, Patagonia, Argentina
Aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, and spices, and candied fruits. The oak makes its contribution with light notes of vanilla and liquor. In the mouth, with a sweet impact and great complexity, it is unctuous, with a light body, with soft and round tannins that give it a long and persistent finish. This wine sits at 14% abv.
While pinot's are known for being excellent on their own, they are also great wines to accompany an array of dishes like grilled chicken breast on the bbq, to strong meaty fish dishes, and even the capability to lift several pasta dishes. Best served between 16° - 18°C.
