Blackcurrant, red field berries, strawberry, rhubarb, dried herbs, tomato leaf, with signature notes of white pepper. A very nice and fresh body with a supple palate, flavours of eucalyptus, red & black berries with very balanced tannins and a very good length in the mouth.
Pairing Suggestions: We really love this wine especially with food! Charcuterie, prosciutto wrap peppers, duck or turkey, grilled sausage, spicy couscous dishes, paella, grilled sablefish or black cod with miso sauce, Chanterelle mushroom dishes, beef filet with green pepper sauce, veal liver with bacon, sweet and sour pork ribs. Braised pork, wagyu beef ribs, very peppery.
This will age for 5-7 years!
